| We've been assigned Wednesdays at 12:30 to meet - we can change this time later if everyone agrees. So let's plan on meeting at this time on February 4th, week three, after all of you have had a refreshing Chinese New Year. Let's meet in front of Cut Price in the main building. My mobile phone number is 9471 1764. Oh, and if you're interested in learning a bit more about the possibilities of this scheme, check out the Webpage I created for my part of the scheme - http://davidwoo.pbwiki.com/English-Language-Mentoring-Scheme |

| After a hastily rearranging the event, we met at the Garden Cafe and had a pleasant lunch inside, underneath a murderously chilling air conditioner. The food was good! |

It was good meeting you guys today and discussing our future activities. So far, we plan on doing the following for our nine weeks together:
- concert viewing
- scavenger hunt
- BBQ and swimming at the beach
- hiking
- cycling
- ice skating
- badminton
We decided that next week, we will meet at 11:00 AM in front of the EXP restaurant, which is next to the ice skating rink in Festival Walk. We will rent our skates so bring enough cash - later, we'll claim back 50% of that price. It should be fun!
Let me know what you guys want to do in the coming weeks. We can always meet informally during the week, too. On Thursdays and Tuesday afternoons I'm free - most of our events will either be Friday mornings or Saturday evenings.
Have a good weekend and see you guys next week. In closing, allow me to remain, |

Ice skating was indeed a lot of fun, even with falls and general bumbling about. This week, we shall do our best to top our enjoyment benchmark by going to Shek O beach on Hong Kong island. I've checked the transportation possibilities and, perhaps thankfully, there is only one bus that can take us there, the number nine, and the route begins in Shau Kei Wan, an MTR stop on the blue (island) line. So, let's see if we can meet at the Hang Seng bank inside the Shau Kei Wan MTR station at 14:00 this Saturday. My phone number is 9471 1764.
At Shek O - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shek_O - we can eat, play in the water, go hiking or simply hang out. Bring food if you'd like; though there should be stuff to consume at the beach. We'll be there for as long as you guys desire. Let me know if you have any more questions. Have a good week! |

| Since Sarah, Tina and I were the only people present at this event, we decided our next activity would be a viewing of the movie, "Painted Skin" at the Festival Walk cinema on Saturday evening. We will, finally, be using the ELMS money so we can get at most $50 off per person - of course we still have to buy the tickets first and keep the receipts. If you would like to join, please reply by Wednesday at the latest so I can buy the tickets. In fact, whether or not you can attend, please drop me a line because I haven't spoken to some of you in weeks! |
